Penny Austad – Owner
In 2015, Penny joined the Krumm Exteriors team. During this time, she has worked on process building, accounting, budget and strategy planning, production, developing software solutions, marketing, human resources, and more. No matter what task she is doing, Penny always keeps the customer’s experience top of mind.
Penny comes to us with over 25 years of experience in accounting, business development, and customer management. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from UW-River Falls in Business Administration. GO FALCONS!
When Penny is off the clock, she enjoys volunteering, hiking, hunting for amazing waterfalls, antiquing, snowshoeing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
