EXTERIOR REMODELING SPECIALIST
Kanga Roof Seeks Results-driven Residential Exterior Consultant for Western WI and the Eastern Twin Cities/Metro.

What you’ll do:
Job duties to include but not limited to:
Attending scheduled residential appointments, capturing both pictures & measurements
Conduct consultative sales presentations to promote and sell products/services to both existing and new customers
Prepare estimates/sales agreements, draft material orders and complete production packets
Prior to jobs, meet with Production Manager/Field Supervisor to review job packet
Establish, Develop and Maintain positive business and customer relationships
Maintain a professional appearance of yourself and company vehicle
Supply management with reports and meet weekly to discuss pipeline, customer needs/issues, and competitive activity
Generate new leads, referrals and positive reviews
Attends and participates in trade shows and other marketing events.
Other duties as assigned.
Willingness to learn and follow procedures
Qualifications you bring:
3+ years sales experience in construction industry preferred.
Required to have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
Required to have High School Diploma or GED
Post-secondary degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Specifically Word & Excel)
Job may require some weekends or evening work.
May require some travel for training and seminars.
Previous experience estimating Windows and Siding preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Working with others and under the direction of the Crew Lead/Foreman, the Construction Installer/Laborer is responsible for all aspects of the installation process. This includes but is not limited to the removal of old materials, the installation of new materials, loading and unloading tools or equipment, setting up ladders and planks, as well as the proper maintenance of the jobsite throughout the course of the job.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for removal of existing siding, gutters, roofing, windows, or decks as directed
• The correct and timely installation of materials as directed
• Create custom build outs as required
• Clean up all construction debris daily, and when job is complete in an effort to maintain job site appearance and safety
• Work closely with a team and complete tasks by set deadlines
• GUTTER EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
· Following instructions from supervisors and implementing plans
· Assisting others in their duties when needed
• Ensure all activities are performed in a safe manner
• Other related duties that may be assigned from time-to-time
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The Construction Installer/Laborer should have a high school diploma or equivalent. At least three years of experience in a combination of general construction, residential or commercial construction with emphasis on residential work is preferred. Basic math skills along with good interpersonal skills are required. The ability to work with minimal direction, be a self-starter and work at a fast pace are important for this position. The ability and willingness to become DOT certified is a plus in this position. This position is demanding physically and requires the ability to routinely lift up to 100 pounds, stand, walk, climb and bend on an ongoing basis throughout the workday. The demonstrated ability to work from heights is also required.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The working environment for the Construction Installer/Laborer is primarily outdoors in all types of weather conditions. There is a minimum of indoor office work required.

Job Summary
Krumm Exteriors is looking for an experienced job foreman to join our team. In addition to performing “hands-on” work as a member of an installation crew, the foreman will coordinate jobsite operations, oversee installers, and ensure completion of projects with a keen awareness of material expenses, permits, and employee safety. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the field, excellent reliability, strong leadership skills, the ability to direct the work of others, and make quick decisions. The foreman must also be well-organized and focused on making safety and efficiency the utmost priorities.

ROOFING & SIDING SUPERVISOR
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Roofing & Siding Supervisor’s responsibilities involve daily oversight of field crews and subcontractors doing work for Krumm Exteriors, LLC. This includes visiting job sites, inspecting the work periodically throughout the course of the project, and assisting the field crews, the Roofing Supervisor, and Repair Technician when needed. Responsibilities range from installation, job oversight, customer relations, looking at field crews and subcontractor safety practices, efficiency, and material management.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working under the direction of the Field Supervisor, responsible for coordination of all project efforts to ensure they are aligned with Krumm Exteriors, LLC’s customer needs
• Complete job site visits, spot checking, and handle job site problems that arise through the job supervisor
• Responsible for working safely and to ensure safe work practices and habits are being always followed and all required personal protective equipment is being worn at all times
• Ensure all field crews are working at top efficiency to prevent any unnecessary rework or delays
• Maintain good jobsite housekeeping standards at all times
• Ongoing checks for properly working equipment and replacement of worn or faulty equipment plus ensuring correct signage is placed at jobsites
• Assist field crews, the Field Supervisor, Roofing Supervisor, and Repair Technicians when needed
• Be able to work independently and manage time wisely
• Train new employees in the Production Department on Krumm Exteriors, LLC’s standard practices and expectations
• Other related duties that may be assigned from time-to-time
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The Roofing & Siding Supervisor should have a minimum of four (4) years of job related experience. This experience can be a combination of general, residential, or commercial construction with emphasis on residential work. Basic math skills along with good interpersonal skills and both written and oral communication skills are required. This position can be demanding physically and requires the ability to routinely lift up to 75 pounds, stand, sit, walk and bend on an ongoing basis throughout the workday. The demonstrated ability to work from heights is also required.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The working environment for the Roofing & Siding Supervisor is approximately 80% outdoors or on the road in all types of weather conditions. There is approximately 20% indoor office work required with this position. Most of the work performed by the Roofing & Siding Supervisor is completed alone.

REPAIR TECHNICIAN
POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Repair Technician, responsibilities involve working on smaller jobs for a short period of time. This work is primarily damage repair and estimating the cost of jobs using the Straight Forward Pricing Guide. Responsibilities include installation, sales, customer relations, as well as material management. This role is a hybrid of hourly pay plus commission.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working under the direction of the Lead Repair Technician, responsible for coordination of all repair jobs to ensure they are aligned with Krumm Exteriors, LLC customer needs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock materials and standard equipment located in the van and trailer for potential use on any jobsite
• Act as job-site liaison between repair customers and Krumm Exteriors, LLC.
• Inspect all repair jobs for completion and clean up
• Coordinate with Lead Repair Technician and Field Supervisor to complete, on an as needed basis, all job-related paperwork throughout the course of the job
• Responsible for working safely and to ensure safe work practices and habits are being always followed
• Ongoing checks for properly working equipment and replacement of worn or faulty equipment plus ensuring correct signage is placed at jobsites
• Take photos throughout the project and upload to Acculynx
• Arrive to appointments on time and in a clean uniform
• Responsible for performing all activities in a safe manner
• Other related duties that may be assigned from time-to-time
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The Repair Technician should have a minimum of four (4) years job related experience. This experience can be a combination of general, residential, or commercial construction with emphasis on residential work. Basic math skills along with good interpersonal skills and both written and oral communication skills are required. This position is demanding physically and requires the ability to routinely lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk and bend on an ongoing basis throughout the workday. The demonstrated ability to work from heights is also required.
